We have been waiting for Apple to deliver an upgraded iPhone SE for some time, but a fresh rumour suggests that Apple may instead introduce the iPhone XE, a new low-cost smartphone.
The iPhone XE would be less expensive than the iPhone XR and may have a similar price to the iPhone SE.
Like the iPhone XR and iPhone XS, the device is said to include a notch and a bezel-free display. The Apple A12 chipset is also expected to power the device.
Along with the new iPhones for this year, Apple may unveil this new model in September. In addition to this new cheap model later in the year, three further new phones are anticipated.
